The program has a 6-month duration.
Participants of a technical course in Petrochemicals or with a post-technical qualification in a course on Petrochemical Processes plus a technical course such as Technician in Chemistry, Technician in Mechanics, and others. Training needs to be conducted at educational institutions licensed by Braskem.
The selection process takes place throughout the year in Alagoas, Bahia, Rio de Janeiro, Rio Grande do Sul and São Paulo. Follow the website for guidance on the process and the dates of the next groups.
